Judges
San Francisco Chronicle picture editing team participated in the judging of the contest. Including photo editors Russell Yip, Dan Jung, Mark Damon, Jim Merithew and Director of Photography Randy Greenwell. It was a pleasure to get a little flavor of Indiana in California. We would have liked to see more thorough and thoughtful photo stories on life in Indiana and hope everyone remembers it is our gift and our goal to take people places they cannot go themselves through our jobs as photojournalists.

Photographer was prepared to capture an unusual moment from a interesting angle during the closing moments of the game. You can feel the tension and it stopped us cold.
