Judges

Judged by Steve Heaslip, 35 year veteran staff photographer at the Cape Cod Times based in Hyannis MA.
Solid sports and feature categories, General News had few entries, the multiple entry field had a lot of solid story ideas but many would have benefited from more time spent with the subjects, several entries looked like just a one visit photo shoot instead of developing the story line over a longer period of time. Cream of the Crop winner a real gem
