A.C.T. co-director Monica Leitch held the dog, who she had been calling Clyde. The A.C.T. has rescued and adopted 476 dogs in the past four years despite having only five kennels at the facility. Through social media and community engagement, they have also returned 1198 dogs to rightful owners.
